New (Yes, New!) Improved (Yes, Improved!) Video of Curiosity Mars Rover Landing
Start your week with another inspiring look at Curiosity’s descent to the surface of Mars. Previous clips were limited to NASA’s 4 frames-per-second camera rate, but Redditor Godd2 filled in the gaps between frames to give us this 25 frames-per-second version.
It’s the H-est-D-est, most realistic look yet at what it would be like to land on Mars. If you go full screen, and get really close to your monitor, and take a deep breath, and put on a space helmet, it’s almost like you’re there.
